Updated Annual Accounts 2025-26

Please note that Section 2 – Accounting Statements 2025-26 and the Explanation of Variances form has been amended and resubmitted to PKF Littlejohn as part of the external audit process. The amendment is because there was an uncleared cheque for Heritage Lighting Matters which was issued in the 2024-25 financial year but only paid in the 2025-26 financial year. This accounted for £3,930 of the increase in payments. The Payments total for 2024-25 has been amended to reflect this delay in payment, with the Payments total being restated as £15,809 instead of £19,739 as previously reported. As this amount had already been accounted for in the 2025-26 Payments, no further adjustments were needed.

This was submitted to PKF Littlejohn on 31 July 2025 by the Responsible Financial Officer.
