Information about the local accommodation
The tranquil village is a great place to get away from it all. On a summers afternoon you can hear the bees buzzing and thrushes warbling in the hedgerows. In winter, the smell of wood smoke fills the air and the trees sparkle with ice. Whether you’re here for a hiking break, a wedding, cycling the twisty lanes or just some peace, there are some lovely hideaways to stay in.

Information
On The Old Green

Boho country house in the pretty village of Hinton Saint George, which boasts an award winning tea room, vibrant pub with great food, and a shop. Our house is a bit of a work in progress but the guest bed and shower rooms are sunny and cosy and on the ground floor close to the kitchen. We have a gentle old dog, who after wondering who you are will leave you alone.
As Designers, we have lots of artwork made by friends and colleagues or collected on our travels. Our house is relaxed and slightly shambolic as we work from home, but it means there is always something going on. The garden is a great place to do nothing, and the surrounding area is crammed with places to explore.
